SHIPPING INFORMATION: Most orders ship out between 1 to 5 business days. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, you will notified as to the estimated delivery date. (If you agree to a short delay, no charges shall be made to your credit card until such items are shipped.)

RETURNS: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, we will give a full refund if items are returned within 20 days of receipt. Insurance and protection of returned merchandise is entirely your financial responsibility, and Silver Gold Findings shall not be held liable for any loss or theft. However, shipping costs will be refunded if the items arrived at your location defective or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong items.

SALES TAX: A sales tax of 8.75% will be added to merchandise shipped to a California address (unless buyer holds a current California Resale Permit). We do not collect sales tax for other states. If sales tax is applicable in your state, it is your responsibility to contact your state's tax division to comply.

USA/Canada SHIPPING: $5.95 flat rate shipping charge to continental USA & Canada addresses via United Parcel Service Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail.

Packages shipped via UPS must be made within the United States, and since they require a signature they cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada, also $5.95, will be via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL: $9.95 flat rate for USPS Air Mail.
